et333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Access to and use of the et333 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. Players who do not satisfy these conditions must not register an account or place bets on et333. Any registration found to be in breach of these conditions will be voided and associated funds may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by et333 or any other gaming operator at the time of registration.
• You must register only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account on et333. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. et333 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• et333 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from et333 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• et333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
• Players are responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify et333 support immediately via live chat.
• et333 is entitled to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including checks for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. Players must cooperate fully with any such checks.

et333 supports a range of Bangladesh-specific payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other participating local banks. The list of accepted methods may change; players should check the cashier section for the current list.

• Funds held in a player's et333 wallet do not accrue interest. Players should not treat their et333 wallet as a savings or banking facility.

From time to time et333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. The following general bonus conditions apply in addition to offer-specific terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game restrictions will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• et333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once, using their first deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for welcome bonus treatment. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) may be set by the player at any time. An increase to a deposit limit takes effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period; a decrease takes effect immediately.
• A cool-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) may be activated by the player from the account settings menu. During a cool-off period the player's account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but is restricted from placing new bets or making new deposits.
• Self-exclusion may be requested for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, no deposits or bets may be placed, and the player should not attempt to open a new account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the support team via live chat and are confirmed in writing.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment method, whether with or without that person's knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that intentionally distorts the outcome of any game or bet.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using et333 for any money laundering purpose. et333 maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, system vulnerability, or software bug to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.

All content on the et333 platform — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of et333 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the et333 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from et333.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by the licensing agreements between those studios and et333. Players have no claim over any third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, et333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or disruption of service caused by events beyond et333's reasonable control (including, without limitation, network outages, third-party payment processor delays, force majeure events, and regulatory interventions).

et333's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits et333's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by et333's gross negligence.

et333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account in the circumstances set out below. Where an account is closed by et333 other than for breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 6, may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and permanent closure upon confirmation of the breach.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal access pending completion of verification.
• A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to the closure request, provided the player's account is in good standing.

et333 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, et333 will provide registered players with advance notice via the platform. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and close their account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of et333. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through the et333 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as designated by et333 from time to time. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal legal action.
